Brief Introduction to Microfinance R&D Center of Harbin Bank
In October 2010, the harvest autumn season with cool breeze, Harbin Bank opens a brand-new page in the history of developing “Just-for-you” Microfinance business——to meet the demand of strategic development of building the bank into a domestically first-class and internationally well-known microfinance bank, the bank’s top management have decided to formally establish the Microfinance R&D Center.
As a functional department of management & decision-making unit of the head office, Microfinance R&D Center is mainly in charge of such duties as microfinance development research, brand management, and microfinance technical results application, with the vision of “Cultivating top -class R&D team, developing strongest R&D capability, and creating excellent R&D results” and the mission of promoting the construction of domestically top-class and internationally well-known microfinance bank , centering on the core strategic task of “leading microfinance development and enhancing microfinance brand influence ”, Microfinance R&D Center will creatively launch microfinance R&D work, and commit itself to promote, deepen and expand the exchanges and cooperation between Harbin Bank and such domestic and international units as microfinance organization, regulatory bodies , financial institutions, educational institutions, media institutions, foundations, trade associations, and UN organizations .
The establishment of Microfinance R&D Center will surely further consolidate the leading position of Harbin Bank in the field of microfinance, speed up the R&D process of microfinance technology , and promote the further development of microfinance practice, comprehensively enhance the brand awareness of “Just-for-you” microfinance, and continuously enhance the influence and voice of Harbin Bank in the field of microfinance.
